Kantor's department store calls Marissa Scott back from a seminar when a co-worker discovers the body of her ex-husband's fiancée, Tiffany Ho, at her work desk. Although the police quickly alibi Marissa, they find evidence that points to a serial killer. A second person dies in the same manner as Tiffany, but the police don't find any more leads. Disgruntled employees and a group pulling pranks on the store, in order to bring notice to their cause of the need for perfume-free stores, blur the path to the killer.
